In this beautiful, stressful chaotic world of ours we often feel too small to make a difference for the betterment of humanity. I have found that teaching this practice creates exactly the change we are looking for.

Stitch Meditation is a unique practice to sooth the stressed out fibers of our lives. It is an art form that is accessible to everyone as we all have the shared experience of textiles in our daily lives. Drawing and painting can feel intimidating but we all are familiar with fabric. The supplies are inexpensive, the process is simple to master and the rewards are many as mindfulness brings us back to ourselves.
